Michael has been involved in the banking and finance industry for more than 38 years with extensive experience in investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, structuring and managing investment of large corporations. Michael started his career as an investment banker with a prominent investment bank in Malaysia for 9 years during which he was involved in the implementation of corporate and debt restructuring exercises. Subsequently, he set up his own investment and advisory business principally engaged in the provision of management and corporate consultancy services and investment in start-ups and private companies in the fields of technology, telecommunications, oil & gas, properties and medical technology. Michael holds a Master in Business Administration from Drake University, Iowa, United States of America and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Windsor, Canada.

King Loon has approximately 30 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance having worked at international accounting firms as well as the commercial sector. He also has extensive experience in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, and the implementation of investment proposals and projects. He has held directorships in two (2) public listed companies (listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and he is also member of two accounting bodies, namely CPA Australia since August 1995 and MIA since December 1995, and is registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant since April 2018.

Jay has over 27 years of experience in the banking and finance industry specialising mainly in the structuring of corporate loans. She has worked with local and foreign banks during which she was involved in the evaluation and structuring of corporate loans and syndicated loans. After leaving the banking industry, she continued to engage in the area of raising funds, corporate restructuring activities and corporate services for private and listed companies. Jay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
